Who we are

Kristal Holdings (in Russian, Кристал Холдингс) is a real estate agency living and working in Phuket, Thailand. We help guests rent villas, houses and apartments across the island: from a wintering studio to a six bedroom beachfront villa with a private chef in Bang Tao.

In three years more than 380 guests have stayed in our properties, and 96% of new clients arrive through friends' referrals.

What we do

• Property search. A catalog of 600+ villas and apartments across Bang Tao, Laguna, Surin, Kamala, Kata, Rawai, Nai Harn and Patong.
• In person verification. We visit every home, test the internet and appliances, check meters and paperwork. What you see in the photos is what you get.
• Negotiation and contracts. We talk owners into better rates, secure long stay discounts and put every condition in writing.
• Everyday support. Airport pickup, SIM cards, bike rental, housekeeping and even 2 AM AC repairs: our job, not yours.

Renting abroad is scary: foreign laws, a foreign language, the fear of losing a deposit. We remove that. Contracts are read to the last page and explained in plain words over a video call before you fly. Deposits are documented, meters photographed at check in and check out.
